Ordering and Shipping

Ordering Information

We require a 3-plant minimum order so we can continue to provide free shipping. When you order 3, 6 or 9 plants, packaging waste is minimized. Orders are accepted through our website only, and credit cards are charged when orders are submitted.

Shipping Information

We ship regionally to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.), Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

We fulfill orders on a first-come-first-serve basis, in the least number of boxes, and use 2- to 3-day USPS Priority Mail to reduce plant stress.

We source, package, and ship landscape-ready perennials, grown outside in 3- and 4-quart containers. We do not ship bare-root plants. During the packaging process, containers and some loose soil are removed. Blooms, stems, and roots may be trimmed as well.

Orders can be delayed due to dormancy, demand, and availability. There can be a significant delay in spring when demand is high or when we transition to new crops. We do not provide order status updates, but we are happy to assist if you check-in with us. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once plants are pulled for shipping.

If one or two plants are significantly delayed when the balance of your order is ready to go, we will generate a refund for those unavailable plants. If you would prefer a similar substitution to satisfy a certain quantity, just let us know at checkout.

Priority Mail coupled with the resilience of native plants allows us to ship right through the summer months to all states. We process orders through the winter months for customers in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. You can always request a delay at checkout.

Please note we cannot communicate directly with your USPS carrier. For specific delivery placement on your property, we recommend speaking with your local carrier once your tracking information is live.

Happy Gardening!
